Insurance payer-provider
Our Canadian Insurance Client pursued a major strategic goal: becoming the nation's first payer-provider, requiring a complex, multi-million dollar CRM platform utilizing pioneering technologies (Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare, GCP FHIR Store). However, the program was compromised by a fundamental lack of alignment on scope and solution direction among internal and external workstreams, immediately putting the strategic delivery at risk.
“We were building the plane as it was flying and we need to ensure that we all had a clear understanding of who does what, and when, we needed that objective oversight so that we all understood what's in front of us and the compromises we need to make to progress” The engagement aligned stakeholders around clear outcomes and delivered an enterprise-grade MarTech platform that enabled real-time activation, measurement, and performance management across the full funnel.
The scale and strategic importance of the platform demanded direct leadership to stabilize the program, unify stakeholder visions, and translate architectural complexity into a clear execution plan aligned across multiple workstreams and vendors.
We rapidly intervened to enforce a single, unified vision. We served as the strategic bridge, translating complex dependencies into clear direction for SVP/VP stakeholders, securing rapid trust and resetting the program's direction.
- We successfully turned around and delivered the complex CRM solution, providing the client with the operational capability to achieve a seamless customer experience and manage data on this pioneering strategic platform
